of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend and reenact §44-3A-24,

and §44-3A-44
of said code; and to amend and
reenact §44-6-7 of said code; all relating to fiduciary
commissioners; updating references from the commissioner of
accounts to the fiduciary commissioner; requiring fiduciary
commissioner to file a status report of active cases with county
clerks; and requiring county clerks to file the status report with
county commissions."
